A beautiful, whimsical Edwardian lace wedding two piece set with a skirt and bodice and matching belt.

* fabric is a floral sheer lace over ivory tissue silk
* bodice has wide flutter sleeves trimmed with contrasting last and a ruffled bodice with strings of faux pearl details - hidden hook and eye closures up the back
* long full skirt (quite full after the knees) with more contrasting lace ruffle trim and pearls - slight train in back
* skirt closes with hidden hook and eyes up the back
* beautiful matching belt that ties in a bow at the back

Waist: bodice: 26-27" (hook can be relocated an inch over) skirt: largest hook and eye closure would be 27" and the hook and eyes could be moved for a smaller fit
Length: bodice: 17" (from shoulder to waist) skirt: 37.5" (from waist to bottom hem in front) and 45" (from waist to bottom hem in back with train)

This is really in remarkable condition and rare to find! There a some small areas of tiny spots and a few small areas of stains - I don't find them particularly noticeable but I haven't soaked this piece due to the age. I am guessing they would come out with a bit of spot treatment though. The silk is in great shape with no issues. Belt is also in great shape with a few areas where the enamel has worn off.

✦ SIZING - Vintage clothing sizing does not reflect modern standards. When determining size, make sure you account for enough room to move comfortably. Additionally, vintage clothing is more fragile and should be worn with this in mind. Occasionally there are seam allowances or darts that can be removed, as well as tailors that can alter a vintage item to fit your particular shape.
When determining size I recommend measuring the following:
HIPS: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
BUST: measure over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.
WAIST: measure around the smallest point of your natural waistline.
SHOULDER TO WAIST: measure from the very top of your shoulder - where the seam would lie, down the front, over the bust, to your waistline.
LENGTH: measure from the top of your shoulder, down the front, and to the point where the hem would be. Inseam measurements for pants would be measured from the inside of the leg at the very top of the groin, down to the hem.
✦ SHOE SIZING - I tale actual measurements inside the shoe from toe to heel, as well as width measurements inside the shoe as accurately as possible.
